Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
CPS consultants assess a client’s level of project planning capability and assimilate local project management processes to identify the training needs for each role in the organisation. If appropriate, a training profile can be drawn up for each individual enabling grouping of staff into appropriate classes. Requirements can then be mapped to standard CPS courses and any customisation requirements identified.
Course Customisation
All CPS courses can be tailored to suit an organisation’s processes, Project Server configuration and project management maturity. CPS provides a training assessment service to determine client needs both for customised Microsoft Project and broader Project Management training.
Train the Trainer
For organisations wishing to train a large number of employees or who wish to maintain the training skills in-house, CPS supports a ‘train the trainer’ approach
